What makes Marley Massey Ceramics Eco-Conscious?
During the making processes, aspects considered are energy and water usage (and reuse), recycling clay as much as possible, sustainable sourcing of clay bodies, tools, and other materials. Waste cannot be completely avoided in a ceramics practice, but being conscious of these things make a big difference!
Sustainable shipping practices?
When you receive your order, you will see a bunch of various materials. With waste in mind, I reuse boxes, scrap paper, bubble wrap and whatever else I can find around or at the recycling center. I rarely purchase new materials for shipping unless a piece is custom size. Reducing waste and making sure your piece(s) arrive safely is more important to me than aesthetic, cohesive looking shipping materials.
How often is the shop updated?
